At Dimos Home Furniture, we aim to provide a smooth and reliable delivery experience across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Please review our Shipping Policy below for details on delivery coverage, timelines, and conditions.

1. Delivery Coverage

We currently deliver within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Free Delivery Cities:

  • Riyadh

  • Qassim

  • Jeddah

  • Dammam

Delivery to other cities within Saudi Arabia is available with applicable shipping charges, which will be communicated to the customer before order confirmation.

🚫 International shipping is not available at this time.

2. Delivery Timeframes

Estimated delivery timelines are as follows:

  • Riyadh: 1 to 3 business days

  • Qassim, Jeddah & Dammam: 7 to 10 business days

  • Other cities in Saudi Arabia: Delivery timelines will be shared at the time of order confirmation

Delivery timelines may vary depending on product availability, location, and external factors.

3. Shipping Fees

  • Free shipping applies only to orders delivered within Riyadh, Qassim, Jeddah, and Dammam.

  • Shipping fees apply to deliveries outside these cities and are calculated based on location and order size.

  • There is no minimum order value required to qualify for free shipping in eligible cities.

4. Assembly & Installation

  • Free assembly and installation are included with delivery for all eligible products.

  • Assembly will be performed at the delivery location at the time of delivery.

5. Delivery Scheduling

  • Delivery appointments are not scheduled automatically.

6. Failed or Missed Deliveries

  • If the customer is unavailable at the time of delivery, the order will be rescheduled and delivered in the next available slot.

  • Re-delivery fees may apply, subject to terms and conditions, and will be communicated to the customer.

7. Customer Access Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that:

  • Building entrances, elevators, staircases, and doorways are accessible

  • The product can be delivered to the intended space without obstruction

If delivery cannot be completed due to access issues, additional charges or re-delivery may apply.

8. Order Updates & Tracking

  • Customers may receive order and delivery updates via email.

  • Currently, tracking links are not available.

9. Compliance with Saudi Regulations

This Shipping Policy complies with the Saudi E-Commerce Law and Consumer Protection regulations issued by the Ministry of Commerce.
