1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:

All return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. We reserve the right to inspect the product before approving the return.

2. Product Condition for Return

To be eligible for a return, the product must:

  • Be unused and in its original condition.

  • Include all original packaging, labels, manuals, and accessories.

  • Show no signs of wear, damage, or modification.

Items that are returned used, damaged, or not in their original condition may not be eligible for a refund.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Customized or made-to-order sofas.

  • Products that have been assembled or installed.

  • Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling.

  • Clearance or final sale items.

4. Return Shipping Costs

If the return is due to:

  • Our error (wrong or damaged item): Return shipping is free of charge.

  • Change of mind or customer’s request: A flat return shipping fee of SAR 250 will be deducted from your refund.

5. Refund Method & Timeline

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • The refund will be processed to your original payment method.

  • Please allow up to 14 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Shipping fees and return costs (if applicable) are non-refundable.

  • Failure to deliver the product as agreed.
