Thank you for shopping with Dimos. We aim to deliver your furniture safely, efficiently, and on time. Please review our Pickup and Delivery Policy to understand how we manage logistics across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

1. Delivery Coverage

We offer nationwide delivery across Saudi Arabia, including major cities and surrounding regions.

2. Delivery Timeline

  • Order Processing Time: 1 business day after payment confirmation.

  • Shipping Time: 2 to 5 business days depending on your location.

  • Total Delivery Time: 3 to 6 business days from order placement.

Please note: During high-demand periods, delivery may take slightly longer.

3. Delivery Fees

We charge a flat delivery fee of SAR 250 on all orders, regardless of location or item size.

4. Warehouse Pickup Option

Prefer to pick up your order? We’ve got you covered.

  • Pickup Location: DIMOS Warehouse, Sulay, Riyadh

  • Pickup Hours: Sunday to Thursday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

  • Requirements: Bring your valid ID and order number for verification

  • Holding Period: Orders must be collected within 7 days of pickup notification. After this period, the order will be canceled, and a refund will be processed (minus administrative fees, if applicable).

5. Missed Deliveries & Re-Delivery

If our delivery team is unable to reach you at the scheduled time:

  • We will attempt to contact you and reschedule once.

  • A re-delivery fee may apply if the initial attempt fails due to customer unavailability.

Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the scheduled address.

6. Special Delivery Instructions

Due to the nature of our products (e.g., large sofas), please note:

  • Ensure building access is available (e.g., elevator for upper floors).

  • Mention any special instructions in the order notes.

  • If the product does not fit through doorways, staircases, or elevators, redelivery or additional handling may incur extra charges.

7. Third-Party Logistics

We may work with trusted third-party courier services for certain delivery areas. Rest assured, all partners are vetted to meet our quality and timing standards.

8. Cash on Delivery (COD)

We offer Cash on Delivery as a payment option. Please have the exact amount ready at the time of delivery.
